Description
Display your product by renting an event table. Large or small items. All spaces are ideal for product display, demonstrations, onsite sales, sign-ups, services, and more.
Full exhibiting Spaces are $150 per exhibitor. The exhibitor is responsible for the sale of his/her own work. The exhibitor is responsible for providing their own change.
The exhibitor is responsible for the setup, take down and clean up of their space. Any violation of this will prohibit them from participating in the future.
The exhibitor spaces must be staffed at all times for the protection of the exhibitor’s and their work. BYEMMA, LLC will not be responsible for any lost, damaged or stolen items including but not limited to artworks and/or personal effects. All spaces are being reserved at least three weeks prior to the event
Once space is booked, exhibitors are then added to the waitlist. Reservations can be made for only one month at a time and will only be accepted for the next upcoming event. The best time to reserve a space for the next month is the day after the previous event.
