Suicide Prevention
More kids are thinking about and attempting suicide more today than ever before. According to the Suicide Prevention Resource Center, “…in 2014, suicide was the second leading cause of death among young people ages 13 to 19 years.” Could this be due to our young people exposure to a significant amount of predatorial behavior, physical and emotional abuse, maltreatment, or them witnessing the death of a loved one at the hands of another or self?
If you answered yes to any of the above, join us in our fight to prevent a loss or a thought! You can do this, by supporting our classes and events in which build and maintain courageous expression, self-worth, and self-love.
All of our services and events offered are supporting and are developed to help anyone maintain a prosperous and purposeful life. Our online courses and offline events involve life coaching, spiritual development, tools that encourage successful coping, leadership, and social skills. Through them, learners can release and let go, become empowered, and gain the power they need not to be the story.

We are advocates of life! Our work extends to convert, renew, and re-position synthetic or manufactured energy – the kind of energy that was never meant to be. We have qualified ourselves as experts in this field from our combined personal experiences, triumphs, education, knowledge, and from an understanding of the types of support needed.
All coaching services delivered by Coach Bridget Newsom or other members of byEmma, LLC utilize principles, methods, and tools of the Transformational Psychology & Spirited Coaching System. They are meant to challenge, uplift, and support you spiritually and emotionally. However, coaching is not psychotherapy. If you feel psychologically stressed to the point that it is interfering with your ability to function, please have the courage to seek the help you need in the form of a therapist. Life coaching may augment your therapy, but the work of coaching is meant to be done when major emotional and psychological wounds are healing or already healed.
