Where can I locate my digital downloads?
Once an order is placed, an e-mail is sent with a link to the download page. Just in case you missed it – contact our support team at support@byemma.org.
I’m having problems with my password and can’t log in. What should I do?
First, be sure to add sales@byemma.org to your address book/whitelist/list of approved senders in your e-mail account to ensure that our system messages will get through.
Second, if you’ve forgotten your password, you can reset it at any time by going “My Account.” The system will then send you a link that is a one-time login. You will be taken to a page to update your password. We do not send you a new password. We send you a link to reset your password. Please update your password immediately after logging in.
If you are still unable to log in, you can e-mail us at support@byemma.org, and we’ll manually reset your password but please attempt the above before contacting us.
Remember – A LINK IS SENT TO YOU TO CLICK AND RESET THE PASSWORD YOURSELF. ByEMMA does not send you a new password.
I just created a new account with ByEmma.org and did not receive the activation email/I am not receiving the newsletters I signed up for – What should I do?
Your email is sent immediately. Add the following e-mail addresses to your whitelist (these address used to send passwords and newsletters):
- newsletter@byemma.org
- webmaster@byemma.org
G-Mail
- Click on “Options”
- Go to “Filters”
- Click “Create a new filter”
- Type the email address you want to whitelist in the “from” field. You can type a full address, such as “byemma.org Address,” or just “@byemma.org” if you expect to receive emails from different people with email addresses ending in byemma.org Address”
- Click “next step”
- Check “never send to spam”
- Click “create filter”
Yahoo
- If you find an email from Byemma.org are going to your Yahoo! bulk folder, open it and click “Not Spam”
- Be sure that the address “Byemma.org Address” is not in your “Blocked Addresses” list. If “byemma.org” is on your “Blocked Addresses” list, select it and click “Remove Block”
- Now to create the filter:
- Open your mail and click on “Mail Options” in the upper right-hand corner
- Select ‘Filters’ (in the bottom left corner)
- On the Filters page, click “Add”
- Select the “From header:” rule, and add “contains” and alerts- byemma.org Address, which tells the system to put email with alerts- byemma.org Address in your inbox and not the bulk folder.
- Click the “Choose Folder” pull-down menu and select ‘Inbox’
- Pick the Add Filter button
Hotmail
- First, if you find an email from us in your Hotmail junk folder, open the email and click “Not Junk”
- Next, check to see if the email address byemma.org Address is on your Blocked Senders list. If you find “byemma.org Address” on your Hotmail blocked senders list, select it and click on the “Remove” button.
- Next, open your mailbox and click “Options” in the upper right-hand corner
- At the top of the page, click on the “Junk E-mail Protection” link
- Next, click on “Safe List,” which is down near the bottom
- Copy and paste “byemma.org Address” where it says “Type an address or domain”
- Click the “Add” button
How can I find my Bonus Items?

I get an “Access Denied” message every time I try to log on to byemma.org. How can I fix this?
This error is most likely caused by your firewall settings. If your firewall/anti-spam/anti-virus software is set at its most stringent level and set not to accept any cookies from sites, you will get an “Access Denied” message when attempting to log in to byemma.org. If you re-adjust your settings to accept cookies, you’ll be able to log in.
I need a refund of something I purchased – Who do I contact?

How do I delete my Byemma.org account?
Please e-mail admin@byemma.org asking to delete your Byemma.org account at this time.
How do I unsubscribe from your newsletters?
If you wish not to receive another newsletter, please make sure to click on the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the e-mail. If you still receive newsletters after unsubscribing, please send an email to support@byemma.org.
I received a spam message from someone using the byemma.org message system. What do I do?
Please report this person! We have zero tolerance for this and will ban the user that spammed you.
What does “Pending” mean?
When something that you submitted is “pending” that means that we have yet to approve or deny it. Please hold tight! We did not forget about you. We get a lot of submissions a day and read every single one.

What is ByEmma or what do you do?
In today’s wake, many celebrities have used their platform to speak their truth while no longer having to be in silence, be fearful of retribution, ridiculed embarrassed, isolated or experience a loss of dignity. However, many regular folks don’t have a platform or the same support readily available to them. As a result, many everyday people are holding back, feeling stuck or unsupported. ByEmma gives voice to the voiceless, freedom to the restricted, and hope to the ones who share the same or a similar story. What we do is create viable connections to allow people to express themselves wholeheartedly and effectively.
Why do you help?
Besides our personal stories shared during our events, we understand how unreleased emotions can affect one’s mind, body, and spirit.
Who do you help?
Anyone who has experienced an event which is holding them back from being their true authentic self, anyone who would like to combat their fear, anyone who wants change, and anyone who is wanting to experience independence.
Are your events dark and sad?
We encourage our speakers to share their personal story – whatever it may be because we never know who it might help. However, all of our events are impacting, full of power, motivating, and empowering.
I am in sales and don’t have a story, can I still take a development course?
Absolutely! Regardless, if you are needing to improve upon your negotiating skills for a job interview, salary increase, or just wanting to better your communication and persuasion skills amongst your family, peers or a loved one, our modules are designed to approach a wide variety of situations.
I am a skilled speaker and have taken courses elsewhere. Can I use my existing credentials to speak on your platform?
Yes and No! Yes, because we at times open our events to guest speakers who are already in the business. However, the majority of our events are geared toward new presenters and or someone who is wishing to learn or improve. Overall, our platform is here to help people gain more options and be effective at what they do.

What is MyEmma.online?
MyEmma.online is the coaching and training arm of ByEmma.org. It is the website where we house all of our training programs. There is a cost to be a member of this site.
Are your courses government accredited – and does this matter?
No. Our courses are complementary and alternative by nature. They are designed to aid in your personal and professional life. You will learn to remove communication barriers while addressing your fear and anxiety effectively. If being able to overcome common communication barriers is of importance, it would solely be up to the individual as to how much a government accreditation matter to them.
When can I start my course?
You can enroll at any time in any of our self-paced study modules by paying the required registration and deposit. Other advanced courses are not self-paced and have a start and end date.
Can I pay in installments?
Yes. Installments may vary depending on the length of your study plan. See the actual course for more details.
Do we get a discount if two of us enroll together?
From time to time we do offer discounts and promotions. You will be notified of these special offers either through signing up for our emails or our newsletter. The other option would be to check the course’s page for a sale, discount, or promotional code. Discounts and promotions cannot be used with the early bird special offers.
What is your most popular course?
ByEmma’s Certification courses are by far our most popular courses. This qualification consists of 5 days of practical training plus up to 12 home study modules. Graduates are eligible for Professional level; which allows the graduate priority contracts between them and ByEmma’s events. This level of independence comes with a ByEmma endorsed seal of approval certification.
What happens if I have to stop studying for a while? (get sick, holidays, have a baby, etc.)?
Apply for an extension. It’s okay to take a break, but you will need to make the request in writing by emailing your advisor.
Do I need any extra books/resources?
You will receive all the essential reference material. However, we always recommend extra reading and your instructor can advise you accordingly.
What support will I receive?
Student support is always available via Skype, Zoom, messages, telephone or email. Coaching and mentoring consultations will take place periodically throughout your course of study with your instructor(s) either by Skype, Zoom or via telephone.
Do you offer a Professional Development Course?
We offer a range of courses from leadership to business development courses. Check with your employer or the courts to verify if the diverse subjects will satisfy their need.
