Mildred A. Burge was born in Los Angeles California and is a professional motivational speaker, committed Foster Parent, and entrepreneur. She currently resides in Long Beach California with her two Foster sons, three cats, two dogs, and two turtles. Her upbringing and experience allowed her to interact with a diverse population of people. It was these experiences that encouraged her to evolve into the person that she has become.
